I had a bad reaction to suboxone after being there well over a week. I being released that morning but let Tony know I felt off and didn’t feel I could drive. He is trained in the field and didn’t recognize I was in severe withdrawal from suboxone. He insisted I drive to their out patient facility couple miles away even after seeing the condition I was in and me verbally saying I don’t think I can drive. This is such a warm welcoming place with amazing staff. Beth came to pick me up and helped me gather all of my belongings out of a hotel room that were scattered everywhere and made the ride there so very easy. Travis was also amazing and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, he shared his story with me, then went to target to get me some soda water that I had been craving AND a fan because I was hot. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Soba Mesa! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different. The staff genuinely cares and takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just another client. One of my favorite things was how individualized everything is. My son was a patient at Soba and got great care. He met a great group of people there who have become friends and a support system for each other. I have worked with Chris on insurance and billing issues and he has blown me away with his kindness, knowledge and professionalism, even sharing a personal story about insurance that his family has dealt with that helped answer some of my questions. He identified and resolved an issue we’d been struggling with in just a few minutes.
