Adventure therapy wasn't something I expected to find in an addiction program. It's therapist-guided, structured around real activities, and focused on things like trust, resilience, and getting through challenges together. It sounds unconventional, but what it builds directly applies to recovery. More useful than I would have predicted before I actually experienced it.

The family therapy component here made a real difference. Addiction doesn't stay inside one person, it affects everyone around them, and this program actually does something about that rather than leaving the people closest to you to work it out on their own.
