Nice and cozy and quiet place. Haven’t had any issues for 2 years now. Everybody is nice and neighbors are good. Free charging station for EVs is huge plus. I definitely recommend!!!
The internet they provide in the lobby never seems to work and my hotspot signal gets no bar. So working in the lobby is a bad experience. Also they increased the rent by $200 while rent in the city was going down everywhere else. It's a nice place to live, but you can find better value nearby at other apartments.
I'm excited to be at Soba. Common areas are always clean and smells great! I have OCD and need a clean environment or I am not happy. This place exceeds my expectations. Leasing office is organized and quick to answer e-mails and Maintenance is friendly.
