Worker reviews and Irrelevant reviews of people who don’t use this service here and never did. This place is for caregivers and not for clients. If caregiver even shows up the office doesn’t care if they just sit all shift. Caregiver is on the clock they were mad a me for reporting it. One could get lucky and get a caregiver that cares. Caregiver knew the GPS didn’t work and she couldn’t clock in at home or wherever. Family needs to walk in and see if anyone is even there on hours scheduled. I would not recommend this place for anybody to do their home care. They are not reliable. and they do not exceed to their expectations of home care that they say they are doing. It was a lot better six years ago when they had better workers working for them not no more trash

This company has got some liars working for it, Callie one of the Home managers or what ever title they go by there, has been caught in some lies and refuses to pay my care giver money for hours she works because their payroll system to clock in and out isn't working for a few people that work for that company so the staff get written up and they refuse to pay, even though I have a calendar with all her hours. I am supposed to sign for hours worked i haven't seen a paper for that since late last year or early this year. Call... read more
