This company has got some liars working for it, Callie one of the Home managers or what ever title they go by there, has been caught in some lies and refuses to pay my care giver money for hours she works because their payroll system to clock in and out isn't working for a few people that work for that company so the staff get written up and they refuse to pay, even though I have a calendar with all her hours. I would give this place zero stars but sadly there’s no option. The Healthcare workers that came to my grandmothers home stole from her and they did nothing so make sure you set cameras up in your loved ones home.
The worst place to work the so-called manager is the husband of the district manager so if you have a problem with the manager you have to talk to the district manager so basically you would be talking to yourself not a good place to work no professionalism
This company cares for my family and we are blessed to have a wonderful caregiver. They also have dinners and recently showed caregivers appreciation by hosting a dinner & awards. A rarity to find in home care agencies now days. The office is a very welcoming place with the most friendly staff!
The company has a great friendly atmosphere with professional ethics while providing excellent service to both the clients and its employees.
