No stars...thought the staff had a bad attitude. Definitely we're not focused on the job at hand. Would never recommend the massage nor will we return...thumbs down...no stars here !
Amanda and Cass where very delightful loved my chocolate wrap it was very relaxing and talking 2 Amanda i would definitely recommend the spa here this was my third time here wish I could come here every month

I really enjoy going to Soaring Eagle. I enjoy the restaurants there. And gaming. No you're not always going to win. But we usually have a pretty good time. But their beds in the hotel are hard as rock. So if you like sleeping on cement this is your place. Their rooms are beautiful though. But we take our own 3 inch mattress pad with us to try and make it a little bit softer to sleep on. Not everyone likes sleeping on a bed that hard. Maybe they should have a few rooms but after softer mattresses.
