Love soar. So many dynamic classes and excellent instructors with so much experience in strength and agility. Excellent resource to tame all our wired up nervous systems. Highly recommend any of the barre, Pilates, or mobility classes.
I LOVE Soar! The instructors are amazing and the studio is beautiful and clean. Starting your day with a fun, challenging, sweaty workout is so uplifting. The evening classes are so great as well for an after work energy boost. Shout out to MJ & Michelle for creating the best environment in Fernie with an assortment of classes.
Had my best afternoon of snowboarding in a long time after one of Soar's stretching and mobility classes! I'll be back.
