When I went to Chris, I had never done acupuncture before. His knowledge and approach made me feel more comfortable with getting treated. At the beginning, I had a few injuries which needed special attention and Chris focused on those areas. During the time that I was going to Chris, I continued to exercise through my injuries and the acupuncture helped me with recovering and my ability to push my body through training. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone interested in getting acupuncture!
