As a self proclaimed non-athlete (who failed gym class in high school) I never thought I’d be giving a gym a 5 star review. I walked into SOAR in May 2022, not being able to walk or bend due to a back injury. 6 months into training with my coach, I’m still amazed when I tell her I’m an athlete. She helped me recovery from my back injury and constantly keeps me motivated! I have learned so much - while losing some inches and lbs! Highly recommend
I really enjoy the free weights section of this gym.
