I am new to SOAR but have enjoyed it thoroughly. The classes are fun and the people are so welcoming.
SOAR bungee fitness has literally changed my life! I started with SOAR almost two years ago now. The low impact cardio workouts is a great way for someone to lose weight and trim down. For those who have a hard time doing traditional workouts this is for you. As someone with arthritis who sometimes has a hard time walking these workouts are easy to adapt to and doesn’t wreck your body.
