The technicians did an outstanding job cleaning my air ducts. They were friendly, experienced, and explained each step of the process. Everything was completed with great care, and my HVAC system is operating more efficiently than before.
Our house always felt stuffy, even with windows open. The air felt heavy. After the duct cleaning, the best way I can say it is the house feels “light.” The air moves better. My dryer started giving me an airflow error on the digital display, and it kept shutting off. Roman arrived for a dryer vent cleaning and found that the external vent cover was stuck shut. He cleared the blockage and cleaned the entire length of the pipe with a specialized flexible tool. He also vacuumed out the area behind the dryer where a lot of loose lint had piled up. I was tired of seeing dust floating in the sunbeams every afternoon, so I finally booked an air duct cleaning service. Caleb was the tech who came out, and he was very thorough, checking the air handler and the coils as well as the ducts. He found a lot of drywall dust from a renovation we did three years ago that was still circulating through the vents.
