ZERO STARS.. Called to make a same day appt, whomever I spoke to said it wasn't a problem and scheduled it for later that afternoon. Even took my credit card information for the $59 service fee. Received a call from a female saying they needed to cancel and could not confirm a re-schedule date/time. Attempt to call and the contact number goes to a fast busy.
