Good car wash but poor customer service. Try to discuss a payment question and they hang up the phone before the conversation is done. Both myself and the person on the phone was respectful, but hanging up without saying anything just tells me the person doesn't care.
Equipment worked great. Has coin op, visa, and a coin exchange machine.
Spent $16 on a deluxe wash and left with the car just as dirty as when I came. I used the Automated wash bay, no under spray as promised, it simply wet the car and left all the dirt still on it. I then tried the hand held spray wash bay. The change machine wasn't working, and the bays were extremely dirty themselves. I spoke to 2 other people also trying to use the spray wash and vac's - none of them worked properly. I then left and went to Mr Sparkles Car Wash on 358 Lake St - WOW SO MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPER. Not much to say. It's a self-serve car wash. Everything worked properly including change machine. Place appeared clean.
