I went to the one on Norris and 14th. The automatic cleaner had me pull so far forward that the front half of my car wasn't even touched. I realized this as I was pulling forward, so tried to back up a bit, but the light made me pull forward again. So, I now have half of a clean car.

my car came just as dirty as it went in! wasted 8.00 for nothing! never going there again!

This automatic car wash was shitty, terrible, didn't even rinse off all the soap, I could of washed it better with a bucket of soap and a house sponge, I would never use the automatic wash again

Havnt seen my car this clean from an automatic ever. I have a very low car and didn't have any worries about losing my bottom spoiler. If you have a sports car, don't waste your money ANY WHERE ELSE.

I just had my Nissan Pathfinder washed by the NEW ProTouch carwash at the 21st street location. As crazy as this sounds that was had to be the best automatic carwash I have ever been through. My daughter loved the light show. I really like how the brushes that clean the car seem so soft but they cleaned the car so well. Also at the end when it dries the car it first does a rainfall of spot free water then right behind the water it is blow drying the car.
