The vacuums have absolutely horrible suction. Might be cancelling my membership. I’ve never seen car wash vacuums with this poor of suction, and it’s been like this for months. Other soapy noble locations (niantic, new london) have vacuums with good suction, but those are an hour away.
I actually went there today and everything was working perfectly. Very pleased with my car wash & vacuum services. Very clean parking area.
I have used this car wash many times before and never had this happen went today....scratched the passenger side all the way down car and hood has dozens of tiny scratches...looks like little whiskers 😤
