The Norwich, CT location is probably the worst one. Employees aren’t paying attention to the car wash, they were working on their own personal vehicles. The vacuums have no suction. I was cleaning my car and noticed a man passed out at the wheel and I advised staff and they told told me to do something about it. I am currently waiting in line to get washed and their is only one employee and he is using his vape rather then rinsing the cars off.
Quality depends on who is there. Some days no soap on the pre wash. Some days no drying at the end. I would like more consistency.
Came out of the wash with a damaged to my bumper!
