I've had both good and bad experiences with this place. However I've only had one good experience versus more bad experiences. I purchased a plan a little over a month ago. The next day my car got into an accident. I then had a rental which is a 2025 Jeep Wrangler. So I went to go use the wash with the rental car. And the guy had trouble directing me into the lane in the wash. And the car was bumping all around. Huddy went above and beyond during my visit—super friendly, fast, and paid attention to detail. Best experience I’ve had at a car wash in a while.
The workers are very nice, efficient and hard working. One in particular took their time to make sure there was no dirt left in my car. Very appreciated!
