I would have given them five stars but they stole money from us. We were charged $24.99, on a day we did not go and in a month we did not go yet. We also never ever paid them that much before, for a single wash, as we never paid for the monthly. I was aware of the overcharge, after they overcharged us on the day my husband did go this month, and they took $15 from him on the card that day, when they were supposed to take only 10 bucks because that is their deal when customers pay with a card, and want to include washing unde... read more
Monthly member for 13 plus months. Zero accountability for any issues caused by their products or service. $1980.00 in damages and they said it must have been caused by some other car wash 😂 apparently I must wash my car somewhere else after I got to this location about once a week. STAY AWAY! They don’t have insurance for damages and they will deny everything and anything if your car gets trashed.
