This is by far my favorite place to get my car washed, they have free vacuums, Windex and cleaning things plus towels for your car after you’re done! On top of it, the people who work there are amazing and so nice every time I come through. They always take care of me!! I have a monthly subscription to unlimited washes just because of the fact I like this place so much. Got just a basic car wash, but still had bird poop, bugs, and road dirt after wash.
The wash itself is really great, but lack of employees, half the vaccums shut off and the system failing to read my plate number over and over and having to ask for assistance each time, unacceptable. Today I found out I should have gotten a 10% discount because I have 2 vehicles. The concept is fantastic, the management and processes not great. Do better. You have a great business model.
GREAT SERVICE AT THE NEW LONDON LOCATION ON COLMAN ST. THIS WORKER THERE “WILL” WAS VERY HELPFUL & SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE ON WHAT WORKED BEST FOR MY RIMS 🛞 AS FAR AS WASH TREATMENT AND OVERALL JUST VERY EDUCATED, VERY BIG HELP ! THANKS AGAIN WILL
