I politely asked the employee to spray some water on my wheels because there was a lot of ice. He did not respond, did not acknowledge my request, and simply sent my car through the wash. This lack of attention and customer service was frustrating and disappointing.
My car n wife comes out dirty after passing on the car wash. They dont even use the broom, they lazy. They have it there laying down but they refuse to used. Back window and bumber, trunk etc comes out real dirty .im canceling membership. 911.. is not worth it
