Great wash and very friendly staff
While it got off to a good start, this car wash got mediocre quickly. While the staff is pleasant enough, the facilities have gone down hill. I paid for The Works but received and Express wash. The employees on duty were good enough about sending me back through but why should I have to do that? One half of the vacuum bays were turned off. I’ve really enjoyed Soapy Noble, multiple locations and most importantly, ease of use. The one star is for a new feature… now, if you have a monthly membership and need a quick wash, the machines won’t let you in as they’ve implemented “upgrade options”. The monthly membership is already spendy when compared to their competitors…with this recent change, not only is Soapy Noble nickel-and-dime-ing you for an upsell, but the convenience of just pulling-in and having the machine read your license plates to let you into the car ... read more
Amazing staff at this location. Energetic, friendly and really put the effort in. There’s a bunch of these around, but this one is the one I’ll drive out of my way to go to because of the employees.
