I had their services for a year and in the time it ripped offed 2 antennas off my car and 1 corner panel. Every time I file a claim they decided not to cover any chargers or give anything back. I canceled my service with them and then restarted it because I got a new truck and wanted to go offroading. I had to do 4 laps to get it semi-clean which is fine but that part that pissed me off is that I tried to freeze my account like they said to do because their locations are closed but then I just looked and they are still charg... read more

Just heard you guys bought the lot in front of the new laundromat that has faster/newer machines and better hours(Bustin’ Suds, the machines are fast and the staff rocks!). you bought the lot to block the view. No worries, we’ll help them promote so your sorry crap laundromat goes out of business. You lost me completely and others. Good job, doofuses.

Last load in at 6pm...bogus for working people. Attendant is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you come in at 5, you get glared at the entire time. Place smells, dryers barely work. Went to Bustin’ Suds yesterday and had the best dang laundry experience of my life. Let’s just say Soapy Joe’s has now lost a customer...and I’m not the only one.
