I haven't been able to use this car wash for 6 weeks due to surgery and went today and added the hot wax....$15.00 Got to the end and the car's windshield was still wet and splotchy....they no longer have people drying the car off at the end of your *ride* thru the wash. I'm handicapped and can't do it myself. The manager apologized and said that *they weren't allowed to touch the cars anymore" so unless I paid ano' $5.00 I had to ride into the sunset with a spotted windshield. Angry you bet.
