I stopped by this location for the first time today but am a frequent customer at every other location such as the one by Grossmont Center but I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received by the attendant josue. He answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed .
Organized. Some of the washing parts don't work in the carwash. Vacuuming area is most of the time busy. Sometimes hard to get in and out of vacuuming area.
Went to soapy Joe’s and had such a great experience! An employee named Josue helped me, and he was absolutely amazing. He was super helpful, patient, and really took the time to explain all the membership options. Definitely a hard worker He made everything so easy and stress-free.
