Broke the folding seat on my van. It will not lock in place. Employees lied and said the problem already existed! Sticking to the script. Like really? If that was the case (it wasn’t), then why would you clean all around the seat and then leave it in the wrong position? Why would you not demonstrate the broken seat to me before you cleaned - so I could see it was already damaged. Files a complaint to the VP. No response. So- here’s your review.

Best car wash in the area. Reasonably priced with basic wash supported by everything needed to detail your own vehicle.
Lousy. Paid a fortune and the service I asked for wasn't done. Need more help & lots more training. Would not recommend. There for 1hr. & got a wash & vacuum. Terrible. PITFUL.
