Soapy bubbles wash on ********* road Modesto has scammed me out of $15 4 different times and dont return calls, on there credit card reader its $3.00 for 4 minutes wash time. I got stop every time at 3 min 45 seconds and they still bill my card $15 every time!!!! There doing this to everyone i guarantee it. They need to be held criminally accountable.
