As the owners of soaptime asked for a review... Here it is. If you want your laundry done here, that's completely fine. If you want decent customer service, where they're understanding that you don't have cash and can pay via debit or credit card do not come here.
I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years and never once had an issue under the previous management. Unfortunately, since the new management has taken over, my experience has gone downhill. On my most recent visit, I was first short-changed — something that has never happened to me here before. Then, after stepping next door to 7-Eleven for a few minutes, my brand-new bottle of laundry detergent was stolen from beside my machine.
