I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years and never once had an issue under the previous management. Unfortunately, since the new management has taken over, my experience has gone downhill. On my most recent visit, I was first short-changed — something that has never happened to me here before. Edit: used to be my go to place but with new owners…no good! I put quarters into a dryer and apparently the coins feed both the top and bottom dryer. How would I know that? I ended up feeding someone’s else’s laundry time and the young kid said “maam….we are not responsible”. He then went on to accuse me of not putting money in?? WHAT?? Why would I rip off a laundromat. As the owners of soaptime asked for a review... Here it is. If you want your laundry done here, that's completely fine. If you want decent customer service, where they're understanding that you don't have cash and can pay via debit or credit card do not come here.
Best laundromat in town! The staff goes above and beyond to help, and the dryers work great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to wash clothes.
Pulled into this lot after 6:00 pm to grab dinner at the restaurant next door. The laundromat was already closed for the day (they shut down at 6), so I figured using a stall would be fine given the very limited parking in the area. As I went to park, a man who I assume was the owner literally tried to block the stall and then came over to wave me off with zero explanation.
