Edit: used to be my go to place but with new owners…no good! I put quarters into a dryer and apparently the coins feed both the top and bottom dryer. How would I know that? I ended up feeding someone’s else’s laundry time and the young kid said “maam….we are not responsible”. He then went on to accuse me of not putting money in?? WHAT?? Why would I rip off a laundromat. I had a great experience at the laundromat this Monday morning, thanks to Kylie. From the moment I walked in, she greeted everyone with a warm “hello” and “good morning,” which really set a positive tone for the day. She was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure customers felt comfortable and taken care of. I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years and never once had an issue under the previous management. Unfortunately, since the new management has taken over, my experience has gone downhill. On my most recent visit, I was first short-changed — something that has never happened to me here before. Then, after stepping next door to 7-Eleven for a few minutes, my brand-new bottle of laundry detergent was stolen from beside my machine. As the owners of soaptime asked for a review... Here it is. If you want your laundry done here, that's completely fine. If you want decent customer service, where they're understanding that you don't have cash and can pay via debit or credit card do not come here.
Soaptime Laundromat makes laundry day simple and fast. Friendly staff, plenty of machines, and a very clean environment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
