I am very proud of the quality of service I got today. Amy was very attentive and upfront with serving guests. If anything I would give this place 10 stars. Anybody who needs clothes washed for a good deal, go here. Thank-you for the Amy for going above and beyond.
I had a great experience at the laundromat this Monday morning, thanks to Kylie. From the moment I walked in, she greeted everyone with a warm “hello” and “good morning,” which really set a positive tone for the day. She was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure customers felt comfortable and taken care of. So my washer broke, of course, and I was an absolute panic. Because we are so many in the house. I had my laundry done here and it was an absolute pleasure. I was even worried for my back. And they helped me carry my so many bags to the car. Amy was pleasant, quick and my clothes smell lovely. I actually seriously have a trauma of using public laundromats, but could not be more happier, having it done here.
Amy was so super helpful. I didn’t know how to use the machines and she went out of her way to help me. The space is also clean and machines are fast. It is affordable. I would definitely recommend.
I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years and never once had an issue under the previous management. Unfortunately, since the new management has taken over, my experience has gone downhill. On my most recent visit, I was first short-changed — something that has never happened to me here before.
