Absolutely one of the most amazing family owned business that I have ever been blessed to work with. We had a disappointing (and what will be expensive) experience with Soapstone Werks. They sold and fabricated a slab for our 9x4 kitchen island with a blemish that covers about a 1/5th of the material. They sent us a photo before purchase where the blemish was difficult to detect. They sold and cut the stone without any warning. The owner did come take a look at it initially, but they told us it would go away with oiling.
