My wife and I recently stopped by as we were passing the store coming from lunch at a nearby restaurant and I was glad we did. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the pricing was quite reasonable. We bought some soap, jewelry and lip balm and are happy with all three. Next time we're in downtown Pleasant Grove, we'll stop in again.
Forget all the mainstream soap stores, soaplicity is the hands down best option. Whenever I’m hard pressed to pick a gift for anyone this is my go to stop. The lotions and soaps smell wonderful and they’re created specifically for people with sensitive skin. Perfect choice, can’t go wrong.
Soaplicity lands at about a 2.5-star experience, but it leans much closer to a 2 than a 3. At first glance, the shop presents well. The space is clean, colorful, and neatly arranged, making it easy to browse. The products photograph nicely and give off a boutique, gift-ready aesthetic. I ordered a jeweled compact on line as a birthday gift for daughter in law. It arrived with a chip in it. The owner went back and forth with emails for days asking me to resend photos and denying there was a defect..saying they can't see it and ultimately saying if I want to ship it back to them they will exchange or refund. If we could give them a zero we would they sent a damaged product and when we tried to return nothing but a headache 4 different conversations and still refusing so we will take a loss but you shouldn’t have to stay away from these people
