I ordered a jeweled compact on line as a birthday gift for daughter in law. It arrived with a chip in it. The owner went back and forth with emails for days asking me to resend photos and denying there was a defect..saying they can't see it and ultimately saying if I want to ship it back to them they will exchange or refund. Nicest lady and was so helpful! Everything smelled amazing! A must go! The lemon rose sent is amazing and my 4 year old son LOVES to take a “fancy bath” with the unicorn dust!
