I am very angry, afraid, filled with anxiety due to staff at your Soap Hand Car Wash, Kirby location tried opening the door without acknowledging they were staff as soon as I walked into the women’s restroom. When I said who is there, a male yelled really loud, “GET OUT OF THERE RIGHT NOW, I’M CALLING THE POLICE.” I implied, call the police for what? Because I want to you the restroom. Hands down, this is my favorite new car wash in Houston. The manager and staff were beyond generous and helpful and showed that they truly care about their customers and their experience. They took there time and had my car looking brand new! The inside of the shop was clean and comfortable and perfect to get some work done with the free coffee and tea they provide, while I waited for my car. Will definitely be back.
Soap carwash has fast service. They also do a thorough job.

The crew were very professional and courteous. I had a couple of spots on the front and they were able to clean them off. Good people.
