Brought in our armchair cover to be cleaned by them, as it had some marks from use. The chair itself costs $1600 so we cannot wash the cover ourselves in the machine. We hoped to receive the cover back clean, as the purpose of taking it to the dry cleaner, but it got handed back to us in the exact same condition we gave it to them, with marks still there.
