LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR!!!! Wanted an oil change and a service, when I got back my car was half missing and the owner said for him to put the part back I need to pay THOUSANDS FOR LABOR!!! I asked why did you take it apart and he said there was a funny sound coming from it! SCAMMERS!!!
SCAMMERS! Do not use this at all cost, got my car fixed here and all I got was a ton more issues!! What started as a $500 quote turned in to $10,000 and the owner started threatening us that if we don’t pay he will make sure we never drive again! This owner act like a mafia and tried to extort you for more money and with threats also. STAY FAR AWAY
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They scammed me for thousands! I went there to fix a minor loose bumper which they said will cost $150 for Labor and $400 for parts, when we came back to collect the car they said we had engine issues and other things that we didn’t even enquire about and the OWNER DID NOT RETURN THE CAR WITHOUT US PAYING HIM WHAT HE DEMANDED WHICH WAS $7000!!! My insurance company was somewhat forcing me to go with their preferred provider, which was not Soanes. However, I am glad that I sticked with Soanes, which I discovered through other satisfied customers. They were very understanding as they were able to cater to my request for a loan car of my preference. I was also very pleased with their work on my car. They are true professionals that know how to get things done the right way.
Great service. Had a good conversation with the owner and he's clearly one of those guys that takes pride in his work. Communication from office admin was good. Courtesy car was decent. Very happy with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
