This store is horrible. I took my daughter to look for Homecoming dresses. And this woman was trying to stay in the dressing room with my 15 year while she was trying on dress!! Like lady have you lost your mind! She says I have to make sure she doesn’t steal. And then had the nerve to have an attitude when she said it!! Like we had stole anything from this raggedy store. Helped my daughter find her very first homecoming dress, got the size spot on and offered the slight alteration needed to make it comfortable to wear, will likely be back next fall for the next homecoming dress
The dresses at the store are so pretty. I felt like I was being lured in by all of the sequence. Great customer service. Very helpful owners they helped me pick out a dress appropriate for the occasion I was dressing for. It took me less than 30 minutes to go in; Find a dress and purchase it. My niece also went shopping at this store a month earlier and I purchased her prom dress. She was absolutely stunning
I had a wonderful experience with this shop! The owner was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. The dress I purchased was beautifully altered to fit me perfectly—truly professional work. What touched me most was the thoughtful gesture of including the remaining fabric, which can be worn as a matching scarf. It’s rare to find such care and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend!
You would think, that discrimination and racial profiling would be a thing of the pass. Well sadly, it's still happening. I've never been in this establishment and after what I just read on Charles county matters on Facebook, the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Expecting people to pay for dress they can't try on is rude. Treating customers as thieves is a bad look. Picking and choosing who can try on your dress is discrimination.
