I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a long time because this was genuinely one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. The facility was FILTHY. It smelled strongly of mold and mustiness, the hot tub room was so chemically overwhelming that it burned my eyes and lungs, and the floors were absolutely disgusting. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still operating in the condition that it is. I went here with a group of my girlfriends a few months ago, and the entire experience was uncomfortable and disappointing from beginning to end. The facility was filthy. There was literally a roach, so much dust and buildup that I could wipe it up with my fingers, and even leaking pipes. Everything felt extremely old, neglected, and poorly maintained. The ambiance was nice and overall it was a fine experience. My problem was that I specifically requested a specific masseuse and they did not communicate with me that they will give me someone else instead. If I’m paying over $500 and not given the experience I booked for and paid for, there should be some level of accountability and explanation.
