The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't given a code to my locker and when I asked for a code I was berated and made to feel very unwelcome. I won't be back.
Not sure what is going on with the phone, but no one ever answers the phone. I called a few days ago and then tried again today each time I tried calling more than once snd no luck! I even tried being transferred from the hotel to the spa and still no answer. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to go through this when trying to give my money to an establishment.
I loved my experience
I came here for the 1st time about a month ago and let me tell you, My experience was top tier amazing! Latia was my massage therapist and SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She was very welcoming and kind. Not to mention the best deep tissue massage experience was so soooooo relaxing, I literally fell asleep as she was massaging me. 10/10 I will be back for this experience again for my birthday 3/5. Overall the staff was welcoming and very accommodating.
