This was the worst massage I’ve ever had! My husband paid over $600 for a couples deep tissue massage, fruit tray and water. And the massage I got was absolutely horrible! This place is very nice inside but never in my life did I leave a massage session and feel the same afterwards if not worst, the therapist did nothing to my muscles, she put no pressure and did nothing to my entire body. I have been to the Detroit Soak Spa about 5-6 times over the last 2-3 years and it was one of my “favorite” spas next to Immerse in MGM. I recently went for the first time in about 8 months this past Saturday and was disappointed with my experience. The whirlpool was closed, the lady at the front desk customer service lacked, and to top it off, i received a message from someone who was very sweet, but it felt like she did not know what she was doing, nothing was relaxing about the experience at all. I typically like this place for a cute quick intimate date. but due to the jacuzzi being shut down it ruined my experience. also they stated it says that on the website. it does not. it has been down for 2 months they stated, and I personally think they should offer a discounted rate in the time being because they are more expensive than going to the casino. and this is kind of what people pay into. could’ve went to massage green if that was the case.
Had a wonderful massage with Letia and wonderful facial with Natasha. I will definitely be back. Booking online was seemless. I used my gift card with no issues. The facility was clean. One tip: If you're plus size, you may want to bring your own robe.
I booked a reservation here and the massage was GREAT but the staff and facilities are horrible ! I have been waiting for 4 days now to speak to a manager and still no one has reached out. They had me put my expensive belongings in a locker and told me it would be locked never locked it and didn’t find this out u til my service was over !
