So happy with my custom nails! Sent them inspo photos a couple of weeks before and they nailed it. Incredibly happy with them!! Wanted them to match this hat for an upcoming race and I am so pleased.
The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff members are exceptionally kind, highly skilled, and attentive, and they knew exactly what to do. My nails turned out flawless, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
My mother in-law booked an appointment for hard gel today and when she arrived her nail tech told her that she did not have time to do her appointment. The tech made her feel like it was her fault that she didn't "have time for this" even though she booked the correct appointment and showed up on time. She proceeded to try and send my mother in-law to a different salon and told her word for word "we can't help you" and "we don't have time for you" regardless of the hour and a half appointment that she booked. extremely disap... read more
