Signed up for the ‘two for toes’ to inc a pedi, hand massage and drink. We received the pedi and drink but no hand massage. Upon returning home I realized that we didn’t get it and spoke w/Rosie who said she could offer a $5 GC. Really? I tipped graciously as pedi was good but you couldn’t just refund me the $5 to make it easier? Manager was to call me to verify if even a GC could be done, but no phone call. Love this place! The Seasonal Soak Pedicure is a the best service with the cocktail included. Great service, great cocktails best place in Reno for mani and pedi!!!
