Most technicians do not properly file your nails down, color your nails etc. There are some who know what they are doing but most of the staff will give you a not very well done acrylic set. This is the third time they have messed up my nails,I will not be returning.
Very disappointing. I was in there for a walk-in. Nothing complicated, just a manicure with regular polish. It was the worst manicure I've ever received. 3 hours later now... and I've removed all the polish, re-filed 7 nails, fixed the cuticles of 5 fingers, and repainted them all myself. Most of them were uneven and misshapen. The polish that was applied was so thick, I would not dry without getting completely ruined. I made an appointment online yesterday for an appt today. I was immediately texted a confirmation. Today, 3 hours prior to my scheduled appt I received another text asking me to click on a link to confirm the appt. I did that and received a confirmation screen letting me know my appt was confirmed. I arrived for my appt and was informed that their online booking program doesn’t work.
