Stop this morning to use the automated wash. Paid and pulled in. The wash started and only did up to the front window with soap then stopped and did nothing else. Lost $15.
With through the self serve and after I hit the red stop button it said 5.75 is what I used when I got the notification on my phone through the bank it says I was charged 12.00. Ill go spray my vehicle off else where for a lot cheaper smh
I've reviewed both Piqua Soak-n-Suds locations a few times. They are my go to car washes. I go to both Piqua locations. If you have their app, you can purchase washes through the app and just scan on the kiosk in front of the automatic wash bays. They also offer a wash club subscription service. You choose the type of wash you want to sign up for, pay a monthly fee and get 5 washes per month. If you wash your cars often, it pays for itself.
