Poor service for home owners and no accountability

We purchased a home that was constructed less than 1 year ago and our move in date was during the snow storm of 2021. When the pipes thawed we had a major leak in our sprinkling system. I called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and told me that our system was out of warranty. I explained that I was not looking for warranty work, I needed a repair from storm damage. She told me that I needed to call someone else.

Avoid this company. Very shotty work and customer service after install is nonexistent.

This is one wonderful company. We moved into our new home three months ago and one of the trees that had been planted in the front had died. This was likely a function of the blistering hot summer. I called and a very courteous, professional woman answered. A crew member was dispatched at everyone's earliest convenience. He acknowledged that the tree was dead at not fault of their or ours. Within a few days, a crew was in the front of my house planting a beautiful new tree. Hats off to this company.
