I bought a $30 full wash and I didn't get any impression of tyre shine and wax. The front bumper was still in dirt after washing. They allowed the second wash, and after the employee manuel sprayed the front of the car and rubbed it with cloth, I went through the machine again and it was cleaned. I'm already handwashing my car myself and I went here especially for wax, tyre shine. But I'm not sure if it worked. It went too fast as a result, I just didn't have to wash my car by hand.
Very disappointed with today’s car wash service. I paid for the full package, but the service did not meet expectations. The staff member who usually wipes the front and rear windscreens went inside, and the person on the right-hand side didn’t seem to bother cleaning them at all. As a result, the windscreens were left dirty and not properly cleaned. The overall attention to detail was poor, especially considering I paid for the full package. I hope management addresses this issue and improves staff performance.
Very bad, inconsistent service, they don't show any interest if the car didn't come reasonably clean even if you purchase the highest service. Their job is to run your car through the tunnel not to have it clean.
