Fix your opening time especially for public holidays it says opened
I’m very disappointed with the service at Soak Craigieburn. I paid $30 expecting a proper clean, but my car was still dirty when it was finished. There were many areas that had clearly been missed. I was also told that the package included tyre shine, but the wheels weren't even cleaned properly and there was no tyre shine applied at all. Very disappointing experience. Your closing time is clearly listed as 7:30 PM, but I arrived at 6:57 PM and was refused service in a very rude manner. If you stop accepting customers before closing time, you should clearly mention the last entry time instead of misleading people. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I drove there expecting service based on your advertised hours and left extremely disappointed. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place.
Been a member for a while now great at the start now I get the full package done to my car and my wife's car but doesn't get done right tyre shine doesn't even work properly spoke to the manager and himself and staff member don't care i tried contacting Paul the owner of the business and never gets back to me very disappointed with it all thinking of cancelling both subscriptions on my car and the wife's
Been a member for a while , car wash is okay with some dirt and stains still left on the car however the main area of great concern is pathetic customer service by the who’s name is “ bilal “ , guy has extremely unprofessional attitude. Most of the guys are standing there as if they are underpaid and working long hours with frown grumpy face and often talking rudely.
