I developed a confirmed nail infection following my appointment here, which required antibiotics from my GP. I informed the salon because I thought it was important they were aware, but I found the response defensive rather than supportive. I started using the salon last year for Biab nails and have been so pleased with the results each time. Elnaz is so professional and you can tell that she takes pride in the work she does. She has a high level of customer care and takes time to understand what you want. All the staff are very friendly and I always leave delighted with my nails.

I had a classic gel pedicure here with French nail art this evening by Maria and it was brilliant. My feet feel super smooth and the nail prep and the gel application was super thorough and the result is perfect! It was such a nice vibe in the salon and the ladies were lovely and accommodating - I was offered refreshments by multiple members of staff throughout my visit and generally just felt super welcome. worst place i've been. she refused to do a BIAB infill because she said i didn't have BIAB on because it wasn't thick enough. it was 100% BIAB (i like BIAB not being insanely thick looking like tacky acrylics). so she refused to do BIAB, then refused to do a removal because it's cheaper, so i now have gel colour with no BIAB underneath 🤦‍♀️ so insanely rude to me the whole time. she also asked if my nail tech is stupid and asked what country she's from (unprofessional...). i've been to four techs (Zoe at SetStudioMCR & Holl... read more
