Have been going here for a while now. New owners since last summer. Julie did an amazing job (as always) with just standard pedi and gel manicure. I can highly recommend!
I treated my girlfriend to get her nails done for Christmas and unfortunately her nail technician had to leave her multiple times during her appointment meaning she ran out of time to finish of exactly what my girlfriend wanted. The nail art that she had done is very well done and looks great, it’s just a disappointment that she wasn’t able to get them all done in time.
Julie did an amazing job of my nails! Due to a miscommunication, I got a standard gel manicure instead of BIAB which meant my nails were weak and breaking. Julie fixed my broken nail for free and rebooked my appointed the following week to re do my manicure to correct the error and strengthen my nails. Amazing service and beautiful nails, would recommend! 💅

So disappointed. I advise taking your business to any of the other, far more reasonable salons around didsbury. Very let down by their - ‘computer says no’ approach. Being unwilling to deviate from their voucher policy resulted in £50, saved hard by my teenage sons, to buy me vouchers, has gone direct into So West Didsbury’s pocket with no service provided.
