I wish I checked here before purchasing anything from this store. Extremely rude employees and refused to give me their bosses information. I paid for an item that I did not receive. Unfortunately there is no corporate office and no way to get satisfaction. Buyer beware! I also firmly believe the good reviews are given by employees or owners. I have reported them and hope to protect other potential customers.

Bought a hat thats monogrammed with my initials and the letters are on the top of my head. Not knowing it was like that until I put it on the next day I immediately went back to the store to see if it could be redone the right way, with the monogram on the front of the hat. The girl was extremely rude and unapologetic. Refused to do anything about it. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend this store to anyone! Save your money!!!
Fun store with great gift ideas and very friendly customer service. Will definitely be back for more purchases. Highly recommend!
This was the worst customer service I have EVER HAD! go in the store excited to get a gift for my mom and come out with this that SHOULD have said MiMi but clearly shows cMi I chose fancy font but on the sample I could ready the word fancy they repeatedly told me nothing was wrong and I even asked another customer if she could read mimi on it and she said no.
