I don't know what has happened to this place but it's not that same as it used to be. If anything it's terrible. I used to come here regularly with my wife and we always had a great experience. Booked a couple massage and they were late by 5 minutes starting the massage and my massage ended 5 mins early. So 50 mins for a paid 1 hour massage. Avoid!! I bought a gift voucher and booked online with that said voucher. My friend went for the appointment and they said they’ve changed ownership and won’t accept the voucher and won’t offer a refund, when they showed the booking on their end, it said paid but they refused to either refund or honour the voucher. Very unfriendly response from workers! Dodge as!
