Booked Miss Sophie and she was 30 minutes late when I requested a refund she tried to explain that it was non refundable. Money is not just given. It’s non refundable if I don’t show up or if I am late but MISS SOPHIE was not there and at first refused to refund me. Glad I got my refund, sad I couldn’t get my service.

Awesome salon! I had braids done and I absolutely love them. She’s a super sweet lady, the Salon suite is very classy and gives this Miami vibe AND she serves wine!
