Had a big job done at major Japanese dealership. When I got my car back it was making a rattling noise that it never made before the work was done. Needless to say I didn't trust the dealer so I took my car to So-Pic and they got my car in immediately. Within hours the problem was fixed. Have been here for my last two services. They go above and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved, with a proper fix and the right parts.
Got a price over the phone for tires and rims. Called twice for pricing. Had to book an appointment too. Scheduled time off work. Got there and got was told it was as completely double the price almost. I’m sure you guys are good people but that’s bad customer service. Next time double check and ask the client on the phone.. before the appointment extra questions so that there’s no confusion on your side. Or just don’t give prices on the phone. I hope you guys get better at this. This is me being as “nice” as I can.
I brought my van here to change my water pump and time belt. When I got my van back I noticed several components were not put back properly. There were a lot of loose screws and hose clamps that were not tightened properly. They have young apprentices working on your cars with obviously no supervision or quality control. Never bringing my car back, not even to fix what they screwed up. Going else where. There are lots of highly rated shops in Durham region, unfortunately Google failed me this time with this one.
