I brought my van here to change my water pump and time belt. When I got my van back I noticed several components were not put back properly. There were a lot of loose screws and hose clamps that were not tightened properly. They have young apprentices working on your cars with obviously no supervision or quality control. Never bringing my car back, not even to fix what they screwed up. Going else where. There are lots of highly rated shops in Durham region, unfortunately Google failed me this time with this one.
Thank you to the team at So-Pic for their services. I recently went to have a wheel alignment check and steering adjustment. I explained to them that I got new tires, but upon installation at this other retailer, they told me my car failed a wheel alignment test. Took to So-Pic and told me the test at this retailer was way off and wrong. They explained the situation and the cost was much lower than the other retailer. Saved cash, saved time, and got educated. Great shop to take your vehicles. Small local shop that is honest and doesn't sell you crap you dont need. Trustworthy and affordable are so rare these days but this shop does both very well.
Very rude and bad customer service, when I called for making appointment, didn’t want to talk and said they have enough of works to do and hung up the call. Very very rude.
Richie and Michelle ARE terrific at looking after their clientele, I highly recommend them.
