Everyone was so kind and welcoming, highly recommend coming here. The place is very clean and they are very professional, even with small kids. Overall a very nice place and definitely coming back!
My new favourite salon! Every aesthetician is kind, skilled and meticulous. I always walk out feeling like a valued customer. No ridiculous wait times or rushed/uneven results! I know that I will always receive a high quality service for an extremely reasonable price. PS - your massages are out of this world.
I may come back for a pedicure but not for nails that involve shellac removal. Great quality of polish, nice service (several people of the course of my service) and great massage chairs. Price was standard and I was able to get a same day appointment. The biggest drawback was the miscommunication and potential gap in experience with my nail tech that took off my shellac nail polish. Wow, this salon is absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I could tell they truly care about their clients. I can’t thank them enough for squeezing me in at the last minute today it was such a kind gesture and really saved my day. Their professionalism, talent, and genuine warmth make them one of a kind. I’m beyond grateful and so impressed with the whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and an amazing team!
S.O Nails & Spa is such a hardworking, family-run shop. When I visited, I had the whole team (two women and their husbands) working together to make sure everything is efficient and done right. They’re friendly, humble, and super accommodating (even when I changed my mind a couple times). My nails turned out so clean and neat, and I left feeling confident.
