I was super nervous to get my vertical labret pierced, and from the moment I came in for my appointment every staff member was so warm and welcoming it helped ease my nerves. My piercer was Taylor and I cannot rave enough about her immaculate bedside manner and expert knowledge in her craft. Not only is my piercing in the perfect placement but I genuinely think it hurt less because she was so patient and kind through the entire process. The shop itself is a cute and peaceful place as soon as you walk in. I got to work with Vicki and from my initial inquiry to the date of my appointment she was just an open book of knowledge and just so lovely overall! I've never had such a respectful, safe and welcoming experience over my years of having piercings.
