Matt's service is truly exceptional. He set up our system, walked me through everything whenever I had questions, and provided thorough and comprehensive service and maintenance. Matt was always responsive and available when something came up or when we needed a repair. And he helpfully suggested preventative measures when he saw opportunities to do so. Highly recommend him, thank you Matt!
So Flow Pool Services is my go-to for pool maintenance and repair. Propietor Matt is knowledgable, efficient, and dedicated to giving his clients excellent service. He has provided me with pragmatic, effective solutions to problems as well as top-notch succestions for maintaining my pool. I endorse Matt whole-heartedly.
So...Matt may do well at cleaning pools...but when it comes to following up with his customers, He sucks! I call him to look at my pool heater. He was Jonny on the spot getting one of his technicians to look at ot in 3 days. The technician gave me a diagnosis and said Matt would contact me the next day. Four days go by without a word...but he did send me an invoice for the diagnosis fee of $185. Another week past and still no communication or estimate to repair or replace my pool heater.
