This is a complete scam. The person I spoke to is not who came out to the job site. The technician did what he was told and broke the glass and then, after the fact the person I spoke to on the phone originally said that they were not liable, which was never communicated clearly to me and writing or verbally then, instead of facing the issue Via phone, he blocked my number incredibly unprofessional do not do business. Here will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau the state of Florida.

Bad experience. Broke the glass they were supposed to fix and refused to fix it after. Don’t let technician Marden near your car if you decide to test your luck with this company, but better to avoid them all together. Call and sent emails with no response after Marden left the site.
