No communication whatsoever, inaccurate estimates, and they say you owe money when you don't and can't ever prove it. I tried to give a reading back in June, and next thing after contacting them they added an estimate of 511 for summer I mean wow. My son and I work full time so we're not here and never put the heater on but noticed loads of other estimates as well. Customer service is useless. For 14 months I have been calling and emailing. Nothing is being done. Hope someone sort it out for me. I'm not going to hold my breath
