We brought a car and from him, and the battery apparently was dead, but only charged. When we turned it off, we ended up having to wait on a friend to give us a boost, and paid for new battery, he told us that it was not his responsibility to reimburse us for that. Gave my husband and I a temp tag that we paid for, which was registered to another car. The owner Erroll is a COMPLETE RIPOFF. He will tell you whatever you want to hear just to give you a lemon (barely functioning car) and act like he doesn't know what's going on. Don't be fooled by their conversation. They're DEFINITELY CROOKS. They prey on the naïve. Watch out.

If only I could give ZERO STARS!!! Owner and Head Crook In Charge Erroll Brown's business licences was dissolved in 2015. So Easy Auto shouldn't have been operating when he & mechanic "Louis" charged for services NOT performed. I was surprised to hear the mechanics very own adult daughter say "My Dad is such a crook. All he wants is to get you in here and you can't leave because he never completes the work...Look at my kids they tired hungry and cranky. We been here all day. I am so ready to go home."
