My wife has been a member for almost 2 years now. This has become her community of people. She loves all the classes, instructors and positive, supportive and fun environment. I have gone to a few spin classes with her when I can fit it in and the classes are challenging. Mornings start at SoCo……best way to start the day!
I love SocoCycle! I’ve been going for years to all the different spin classes and have started taking Pilates classes in the NK location as well. Staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable and both locations are beautiful. All instructors put on challenging classes with great playlists but my favorites are Liz S & Steph N ❤️
If you’re looking for a fitness studio that checks off all the boxes it’s definitely SoCo. The spin classes are high energy, great music and an awesome sweat ! If cardio is not your jam, there’s tons of strength classes as well as combo classes, where you get a dose of both.
