Called to get a quote immediately met by the worst attitude ever. As if I'm bothering them inquiring about service. Rude. STAY AWAY!
Spent 9000$ bringing tractor in for service 2x paying lots for transport. First time engine replaced. Ran for 2 days. Transmission mysteriously quit working and never before had an issue. 2 years it sat. Sent back in again. 4WD was no longer working. Leaking oil all over the transport truck. The two things on the list to be sure were working before sending back. Paul is a jerk on the phone and in person. Truly miserable and needs to retire.
Owner additude is questionable.. Why does everyone want parts at their lunch.
They don’t answer their phone. Are they in business ?
Drove 2 hours from long beach to look at a skid steer after CALLING and asking if it works they said yeah when I got there they jumped it to turn on and then died 5 mins later not being able to turn it back on they said they think its the battery ,carb and some other issues after asking if the price was the lowest possible they said yeah , I seen a utv that I thought my father in law would like that one even though it was a little pricey, I test drove it and they sold it to me with barley any gas and when I drove back home (... read more
