Sorry to have to kill the excellent review that I had posted previously because SoCal Propane was the best. Then some time I’m guessing around August of 2025 the great service that we had for so many years just stopped. First they started missing refills at levels requested. Then they started to withdraw funds from my bank as soon as they filled the tank which I had previously requested them to call me prior to doing that. I previously gave a good review because they ran a promotion for a discount (which it turned out I did not qualify for). But right now I have zero propane in my tank even though 1) they installed a remote gauge 2) we're on supposed to be on autofill and autobill 3) we prepaid for 300 gallons of propane So no. I don't recommend them. Previous review: Quick service in Idyllwild, prepay offers at summer prices allow you to save in the winter.

In December I called and said I was getting low on propane and would they be delivering soon? The office manager told me she would check with scheduling and call me back. I called the next day and asked if she had checked and she said she had not heard back yet. I asked if she could check while I was on hold and she got full of attitude and said she would call me when she finds out.
