In December I called and said I was getting low on propane and would they be delivering soon? The office manager told me she would check with scheduling and call me back. I called the next day and asked if she had checked and she said she had not heard back yet. I asked if she could check while I was on hold and she got full of attitude and said she would call me when she finds out. The management and delivery is rapidly different compared to to my other previous provider. These people are fast and will try to accommodate you same day of your request. Highly recommended!
