I had an amazing experience at So Aesthetic Salon! Before I even walked in, I was greeted by the soothing sounds of R&B-inspired jazz drifting from inside—it instantly set the mood. I had a great full spa day for Valentine's. It was relaxing, rejuvenating, and fun. I really liked the dry sauna and the message, and the full body scrub and facial. Let's just say I liked everything and the place was beautiful.

Every time I visit the spa, I always have a pleasant experience. Mason is so patient, calm, and knowledgeable. I have been suffering with eczema on my face to the point that it used to be painful to go about my day to day. Mason gave me an in depth analysis and a plan of action that fit my lifestyle. I thought my skin would never recover but now I finally feel and look like myself again. I will never stop going to this spa and will always trust Mason for my skincare needs.

Mason is amazing. She is professional, kind, and patient. The environment and energy is warm and welcoming. Last but not least, the facials and her knowledge are top tier.

While the staff was very friendly and the environment was esthetically pleasing, I went in expecting to get treatments for my teenage daughter to get her acne under control. She recommended her getting laser and a chemical peel which she had a bad reaction to and it made her acne worse than before. I voiced my concerns trying to get accommodation or a refund and I was told that “they don’t do refunds” and she offered me a discount service.
