I always have a great experience at the spa! From start to finish the team always exceeds my expectations! I had an opportunity to to speak to Joy on the phone and she was very pleasant and I had a seamless booking experience. I was greeted with a warm welcome today by the whole team! They made me feel like a skin-leb-rity! I'm pretty sure they make everyone feel that way but it made me feel extra special! The staff was friendly and pleasant. However, cleanliness is lacking and the body scrub was not as I expected. Let’s start with the optics. There’s a leak by the entrance leading to the spa area. The floor is buckling and has constant moisture. This will lead to mold and mildew if not corrected. The glass candy and snack containers look as if they haven’t been cleaned in years. I went for a wax appointment to feel it out and the overall experience was great and inviting. I think my wax results could've been better, but I'll try again and voice this concern during my next appointment. I also think the services on the website could be described a little better. For example, when choosing a body wax, a majority of the options are only "upper half" and "lower half". It may just be me, but I'm used to seeing descriptions such as "inner thigh, strip, cheeks, forearm," etc. The vibes were great though. I ... read more

For Mother's Day I wanted to treat myself to a relaxing experience and this was exactly that! I was treated by Niyah, who was very nice, professional and did an amazing job! I started out with a relaxing Swedish massage that was just the right amount of pressure and ended with a classic facial, which was my first time getting a facial! I enjoyed the experience and it left my body feeling relaxed and face feeling cleaner and brighter!
