Tom the owner, takes his business seriously and personally. I had a tractor in service for several weeks and it wasn't getting finished. I made a social media post that Tom seen and he was immediately on it. He called me personally later that afternoon to tell me the tractor was ready and apologized for any inconvenience. He also greeted and spoke to me personally when I showed up to pick up the tractor.
Went in to get a replacement chain for my Echo chainsaw. They got my part in no time and I was on my way within minutes.
